LOL! Who's with me?! This is so me and it is so bad!!! I am definitely always working on this one. Why am I so hungry at night?!?!?! Why do I crave everything in the evening?!?!?
Lately I have been making a real effort with my portions (you know how I love that feeling of being stuffed with food but the times they are a changin'!!!) I've been trying to stay consistent with the 5-6 meals a day and it is making a world of difference with how I look and feel. I have actually been so on point with my eating and working out lately - I find it so hard to sync the two but things are going well and I am starting to see my hard work paying off. :)
