I have tried and failed at cutting out Diet Coke's (or better yet, Coke Zero's) from my diet more times than I can count. Try as I might I have just never been able to kick the habit! I do notice every time that I stop drinking them that I actually do feel better. So, why oh why do I keep going back to it?! I tell myself, "Just one," but we all know that slippery slope!
...and yet my filthy habit continues. Sad but true :(
I am not done fighting this battle! I will try again!
Has anyone had success with quitting soda?
