This made me laugh because it's just so relateable! When you think "diet" you automatically think, deprivation and starvation, you think of all the foods that you can't have and all the things you'll have to eat that you don't like. But the truth is true healthy eating does not involve any of those things and it is possible to lose weight without being hungry, all while eating DELICIOUS filling meals. In fact, starving yourself will have an opposite affect of you believe it or not. I have said this so many times on this Blog before but do you know how much Fitness Models eat?.....A LOT! The key is Clean Eating. Healthy clean foods, every 2-3 hours will keep you full, satisfied and full of energy and best of all you WILL lose weight.
