Yesterday was grocery day and we're always up for trying something new and we SO hit the jackpot! We've died and gone to heaven! This is seriously THE BEST yogurt we have ever tasted! My mind is reeling about all the things I could make with it and add to it but the truth is, straight up from the container with two spoons for breakfast this morning was pretty darn good! (Just to clarify, the two spoons weren't both for me, Train had one too!)
A 3/4 cup serving is 240 calories, so you do want to watch your portion size. It's a treat and will make a great dessert (think coconut cream pie, except better!) Probably what I'll do most often though, is put a big spoonful on top of a bowl of fruit.
