Hey Bay Class!

Just a reminder of the class schedule for Monday, February 18th.

Body Ball Fitness @ 10am
Learn to Fight Kickboxing @ 2pm
Cardio Kickboxing @ 6pm
Regular classes will be cancelled from Tuesday, February 19th to Sunday, March 3rd. Lorraine Robertson has kindly offered to do Zumba at the school for you all while we're away.   In addition Aaron will be providing you all with a written workout consisting of circuit training and dumbell exercises which we will hand out at the Monday classes.

Thursday, February 21st
Zumba @ 7pm
Tuesday, February 26th
Zumba @ 7pm
Thursday, February 28th
Zumba @ 7pm

Normal classes will resume Monday, March 4th.
