We are happy to be adding two new Kickboxing classes in 2013.  Learn to Fight Kickboxing will now be offered three times a week!  Whether you are looking to get in the ring or just wanting an exciting and fun new way to workout and get in shape this is an awesome class.  This class is for all fitness levels.  It is an hour in length and includes conditioning, technique, pad work and more.  All equipment is provided for the class.  If you are a serious student and want to pursue Kickboxing long term it is highly recommended that you do purchase your own equipment.  Train would be happy to suggest the best items and brands for you, he's tried them all!
