I thought this was so funny!
There's no secret to it, the only way to tone up, lose weight and achieve and maintain the body you dream of, is to exercise and eat right consistently.  You must have a plan in place, be willing to work hard and stay consistent.  Your goals are definitely achievable if you are willing to make and stick to your commitment. Surround yourself with people who will help you stay on track and who will encourage you in the direction of your dreams.
