Tea Time

I was never much of a tea drinker before I met Train.  He loves it and introduced me to many different kinds, green being our favourite.  On our second date he asked me if I would like a cup of tea, which I thought was a really weird question coming from him!  I still think it's hilarious that my strong, muscular, tattooed man has Sleepy Time Tea every night before bed! 
Green Tea not only tastes amazing, it is SO good for you.  If you don't currently drink it, we highly recommend that you start!  We have about 3 cups a day, usually with breakfast, one mid-day (when you hit that 3:00pm mark and wonder if you'll make it to the end of your work day!) and one before bed.  Our favourite green tea to drink during the day is Yogi Kombucha.  Yogi make's so many amazing tea's but this is our personal favourite. The green tea that we have before bed is always a Celestial, Sleepytime Green Tea with Lemon and Jasmine.  We choose this one at the end of the day because it is caffine free.
